The Fabric Pop Up Display is our most versatile and visually impressive display system — a lightweight aluminium snap-fit frame with a bespoke dye-sublimation printed stretch fabric cover that fits snugly, stays taut, and looks stunning at any exhibition or event.
Available in five widths from 850mm to 2.5m, with the option to print on one or both sides (allowing two different graphics on a single display), it's the preferred choice for exhibition teams, event managers, and brands that exhibit regularly and need a display that's easy to transport, quick to assemble, and makes a real impact on a crowded show floor.
One person can assemble the full system in 5-6 minutes. The fabric cover folds up neatly into the carry bag, making it one of the most portable large-format display options available. Replacement graphics are available separately so you can refresh the display without buying a new frame.

How long does it take to assemble a Fabric Pop Up Display?
One person can typically assemble the full system in 5-6 minutes. The snap-fit aluminium frame clicks together quickly, and the stretch fabric cover slides over and zips at the bottom to maintain tension.
Can the fabric cover be washed?
Yes — the stretch fabric cover is washable, which is a significant advantage over vinyl or PVC roller banner graphics. This makes the Fabric Pop Up Display a more hygienic long-term option for hospitality and food service environments.
Can I order a replacement graphic without buying a new frame?
Yes — replacement graphics are available at a reduced price. Please note that our replacement graphics are designed to fit frames purchased from us. Different suppliers may use different frame systems, so we can't guarantee compatibility with frames from other sources.
What's the difference between single-sided and double-sided?
Single-sided displays have a graphic on the front face only; the back of the fabric is plain. Double-sided displays have a printed graphic on both faces, so the display is visible and branded from either direction — ideal for freestanding exhibition positions.
How does dye-sublimation printing differ from standard printing?
Dye-sublimation infuses the ink directly into the fabric fibres rather than sitting on the surface, producing vibrant, long-lasting colour that won't crack, peel, or fade with normal use. It's the preferred process for stretch fabric exhibition graphics.
