NCR Duplicate Forms

NCR is paperwork that has to work under pressure. A form gets filled in at a service counter, a goods-in bay, a workshop bench or on somebody's knee in a van — and it only has one chance to do its job. The copy has to come through cleanly on every part, the set has to tear out without dragging the next one with it, and the pad has to still be usable after weeks of handling. We've been getting those details right from our Paisley studio since 2010.

Choose from 2 part (white and yellow, from £39) and 3 part (white, yellow and pink, from £44), in A5 and A4, supplied as glued pads with a greyboard back or perforated books that keep the copy bound in — 50 sets in every pad or book, in runs from just 2 pads.

Print in 1 colour black or full colour, on one or both sides, and add sequential numbering or 2 or 4 drilled holes at the point of ordering. Everything is printed on genuine carbonless NCR stock with no messy carbon paper, and everything is produced and finished here rather than sent out — which is why we can usually turn urgent NCR work around far faster than a trade supplier can.

Our customers run offices and reception desks, distilleries and manufacturing plants, warehousing and despatch operations, jewellers, garages and vehicle workshops, tattoo studios, and home services and repairs businesses of every kind. The paperwork differs — receipt pads, job cards, delivery and despatch notes, purchase orders, repair dockets, consent forms, inspection records, waste transfer notes — but the requirement never does.

The combinations listed on these pages are the ones we run most often — not the limit of what we can do. Quotations are available on request for higher volumes, where the unit cost drops considerably. A3, DL and bespoke sizes, 4 part sets, alternative paper colours and collation orders, printed wrap-around covers, tear-off stubs and numbering that runs in sequence across a whole batch are all available.
