Tent Cards

Tent Cards are a striking, low-cost centrepiece for table top advertising — supplied flat and pre-taped, so they fold up into an A-frame shape in seconds without taking up much table space. Printed in-house at our Paisley studio on thick 350gsm card with a smooth Matt Laminate finish, single-sided, in A6 and A5. Sold from a minimum of 5 units.

Because they're sold in packs rather than as single units, Tent Cards are the natural choice when you need the same message across multiple tables at once.

Who is this for?

Tent Cards are a staple for hospitality venues — restaurants, cafés, bars and hotels — promoting a single offer, event or menu item across every table in a room. They're also popular for exhibition stands, reception desks and retail counters wherever a quick, disposable table top message is needed in volume.

How does this compare to our other table top displays?

Tent Cards are printed on laminated card rather than rigid foamex or wood, making them lighter, cheaper per unit at volume, and quicker to pack flat for storage or transport between venues — but less durable long-term than a Grip Talker or Oak Wood Show Card. Compared with our Table Talkers, Tent Cards fold into a simple two-sided A-frame, while Table Talkers fold into a three-sided triangular shape, giving visibility from more angles around a table. What is the lead time for this product?

Typical timescale for this product is 3-4 working days. If you have a specific deadline, please get in touch, we always strive to help.

Why is the minimum order 5 units?

Tent Cards are produced and finished as a batch — cutting, creasing and taping flat-pack card is more efficient in small runs than as single units, which is reflected in the pack pricing from 5 upwards.

Are Tent Cards printed in-house?

Yes, every Tent Card is printed, laminated and finished at our own studio in Paisley.

What are my delivery options?

We send our parcels via courier on a next day service within the UK. If you are in a remote area of the UK, please allow 48hr deliveries. If you are local to us, you can simply click and collect from our studio.

Artwork Requirements

Please supply your artwork in PDF format to the required size.
We'll also need additional 3mm bleed around all edges for production and trim marks. Download our handy artwork template guide from the Size Guide within this product page for instructions.

Do you offer a design service?

Yes we do. Our in-house graphic designers are available to create artwork to your specific requirements. Simply contact us and we'll come straight back with a quotation. Our team will supply drafts for approval, where you can suggest any tweaks you would like, ahead of print. Design charge: Our artwork service is charged at £30 per hour. Final cost based on the timescale required on the project. Don't worry, we'll keep you up to date at every stage.
