Rigid Strut Cards on Foamex Board
Our printed Strut Cards are a genuinely durable point-of-sale display, not a throwaway one. Where many printers produce strut cards on a thin 400gsm card, ours are printed on a rigid 2mm thick Foamex Display Board — a solid, hard-wearing panel that resists bending, creasing and general wear far better than card. It just happens to be the most accessible price point in our table top range.
Printed in-house at our Paisley studio, available in A5, A4 and A3, single-sided, in a smooth matt finish, with a rigid box-board strut affixed to the reverse. Supplied ready to display straight out of the box.

The rigid foamex board holds up well to regular handling and repositioning — and because it's the most accessible price point in our range, they also work well when you need several different messages across a shop floor or event space at once, such as price tickets, offers or directional signage.
How does this compare to our other table top displays?
Strut Cards are the most accessible price point in our table top range, but that's down to a simpler fixed-strut construction, not a lower-quality board — the 2mm foamex is the same durable material used across our range. The difference versus the Grip Talker Show Cards or Oak Wood Show Cards is reusability: those use a separate base, so only the printed panel needs replacing when your message changes, whereas the Strut Card's board and strut are one fixed unit. Are Strut Cards a lower-quality product because they're the most affordable in the range?
No. Strut Cards are printed on the same rigid 2mm Foamex Display Board used across our durable point-of-sale range — considerably thicker than the thin 400gsm card many other printers use for strut cards. They're our most accessible price point because the strut is fixed directly to the board rather than using a separate reusable base, not because the board itself is any less robust.
Are Strut Cards printed in-house?
Yes. Every Strut Card is printed and finished at our own studio in Paisley, which means tighter quality control and no handover to a third-party printer.
Can I reuse a Strut Card, or change the message later?
The strut is permanently fixed to the board, so Strut Cards aren't designed to be reused with a new panel. If you expect to update your message regularly, our Grip Talker Show Cards use a reusable base that only needs a new printed panel each time.
What are my delivery options?
We send our parcels via courier on a next day service within the UK. If you are in a remote area of the UK, please allow 48hr deliveries. If you are local to us, you can simply click and collect from our studio.
Artwork Requirements
Please supply your artwork in PDF format to the required size.
We'll also need additional 3mm bleed around all edges for production and trim marks. Download our handy artwork template guide from the Size Guide within this product page for instructions.
Do you offer a design service?
Yes we do. Our in-house graphic designers are available to create artwork to your specific requirements. Simply contact us and we'll come straight back with a quotation. Our team will supply drafts for approval, where you can suggest any tweaks you would like, ahead of print. Design charge: Our artwork service is charged at £30 per hour. Final cost based on the timescale required on the project. Don't worry, we'll keep you up to date at every stage.
