PLACING YOUR ORDER WITH US IS EASY...
Simply browse through our selection of products, select your preferred amounts and paper type, then choose to either take advantage of our Graphic Design Service or supply your own Print Ready File to allow us to go straight to print.
PREFER A MORE PERSONAL SERVICE?
Although the majority of our products are available to purchase direct on our website, we know there are customers who prefer a more personal service, our team are always available by email, phone or at our studio to discuss your order or organise a quotation.
OUR GRAPHIC DESIGN SERVICE
What makes us different from the majority of our competitors is that we INCLUDE full use of our graphic design service in our pricing.
Simply checkout with your chosen product and email us with your information, instructions and any images you would like included and our creative team will reply with a draft of your project for approval where you can make any alterations before print.
Please Note: We aim to respond with a draft within 48hrs of ordering, but can't guarantee during busy periods. Please let us know of any urgent deadlines before ordering and note your order reference when emailing with your requirements to email@example.com
SUPPLYING YOUR OWN PRINT READY FILE
If you have your file already designed and ready for print please choose "Print File Supplied" option for discounted costs and upload your file or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order reference.
PRINT READY FILE SPECIFICATIONS
• We can only accept High Resolution PDF files for print.
• Files must be sent to exact size required*
• Files must include an additional 3mm bleed around all edges.
• Files must include crop marks.
• Files should be supplied in CMYK format (not RGB) and have all fonts outlined.
*Large Format Posters and Banners can be supplied to a quarter of their finished size.
